흩어진 씨앗 – 이용약관 / Terms of Service

제1조 목적 / 1. Purpose

본 약관은 흩어진 씨앗 앱의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리와 의무를 규정합니다.

These terms define the rights and responsibilities between the user and the operator regarding the use of Scattered Seeds.

제2조 정의 / 2. Definitions

이용자: 앱을 설치하고 사용하는 자
회원: 이메일 또는 SNS 계정을 연동하여 가입한 자

User: Any person who installs and uses the app
Member: A person who registers using email or linked SNS account

제3조 약관의 효력 및 변경 / 3. Effect and Amendment

이 약관은 앱 내 공지 또는 설정을 통해 게시되며, 운영자가 개정할 경우 앱 내 공지사항 또는 푸시 알림을 통해 사전 고지하고, 변경 내용은 최소 7일 이상 사전 공지됩니다. 이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

These Terms take effect when posted via app notices or settings. If amended, the operator will provide prior notice via in-app announcements or push notifications, with changes announced at least 7 days in advance. If the user disagrees with the revised terms, they may stop using the service.

제4조 서비스 내용 / 4. Services

- 위치 기반 알림 및 콘텐츠 제공 (사용자 동의 시)
- 푸시 알림 기능 (설정에서 사용자 제어 가능)
- 사용자 데이터는 통계 분석, 서비스 개선 목적에 한해 사용됨
- 본 서비스는 제공 가능한 범위 내에서 "있는 그대로"(as is) 제공되며, 일시적인 오류나 지연에 대해 보장하지 않습니다.

- Location-based notifications and content (with user consent)
- Push notification function (user-controllable via settings)
- User data may be used solely for statistical analysis and service improvement
- The service is provided "as is" to the extent available and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

제5조 회원가입 / 5. Membership

이메일 또는 SNS 계정 연동으로 가입 가능하며, 가입 시 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 대한 동의가 필요합니다. 본 앱은 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 부모 또는 법정 대리인의 동의 없이 가입할 수 없습니다.

Users can register via email or SNS accounts, and must agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. This app is not intended for children under 14, and registration is not allowed without consent from a parent or legal guardian.

제6조 이용자의 의무 / 6. User Responsibilities

이용자는 서비스 이용 시 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: 타인 정보 도용, 허위정보 등록, 불법 콘텐츠 게시, 앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위.

Users must not engage in the following: using stolen identity, submitting false information, posting illegal content, or interfering with app operations.

제7조 서비스 중단 및 해지 / 7. Suspension and Termination

운영자는 시스템 점검, 보안 문제, 법적 사유가 있는 경우 서비스를 일시 중지할 수 있으며, 약관 위반 시 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 계정 해지 또는 이용 중지 시, 가능한 경우 사전 통보하며, 긴급한 상황에서는 사후 통보할 수 있습니다.

The operator may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, security issues, or legal requirements and may terminate accounts in case of terms violation. Users will be notified of suspension or termination in advance whenever possible, or afterwards in urgent cases.

제8조 면책조항 / 8. Disclaimers

운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 해킹 등으로 인해 발생한 피해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 피해는 책임지지 않으며, 이용자 간 또는 제3자와의 분쟁에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party hacking. The user is responsible for damages resulting from their own actions. The operator is also not responsible for disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

제9조 준거법 및 관할 / 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 이와 관련한 분쟁은 운영자의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court of jurisdiction in the location of the operator’s headquarters.
