EULA | 최종 사용자 사용권 계약서

제1조 목적 / 1. Purpose

본 약관은 흩어진 씨앗 앱의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리와 의무를 규정합니다.

These terms define the rights and responsibilities between the user and the operator regarding the use of Scattered Seeds.

제2조 연령 제한 / 2. Age Restriction

이 앱은 만 17세 이상만 사용할 수 있으며, 미성년자의 사용은 제한됩니다.

This app is for users aged 17 or older. Minors are restricted from using the app.

제3조 사용권 / 3. License Grant

회사는 사용자가 본 약관에 따라 앱을 비상업적인 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다.

The company grants users a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

제4조 사용자 콘텐츠 / 4. User-Generated Content

이용자는 욕설, 음란, 폭력, 차별 등 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시할 수 없으며, 위반 시 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 정지 등의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.

Users may not post inappropriate content including profanity, obscenity, violence, or discrimination. Violations may lead to content removal and account suspension.

제5조 필터링 및 신고 / 5. Filtering and Reporting

부적절한 콘텐츠를 자동 또는 수동으로 필터링하며, 사용자는 신고 및 차단 기능을 통해 문제를 제기할 수 있습니다. 모든 신고는 24시간 이내에 조치됩니다.

Inappropriate content is filtered automatically or manually. Users can report or block others. All reports will be addressed within 24 hours.

제6조 사용자 권리 / 6. User Rights

이용자는 자신이 작성한 콘텐츠를 삭제할 수 있으며, 원하지 않는 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.

Users may delete their own content and block unwanted users.

제7조 금지 행위 / 7. Prohibited Conduct

타인 사칭, 악성 코드 삽입, 무단 광고 등 앱의 안정성과 보안을 해치는 행위는 금지됩니다.

Impersonation, malware insertion, and unauthorized advertising that compromise app security and stability are strictly prohibited.

제8조 계약 해지 / 8. Termination

운영자는 약관을 위반한 이용자에 대해 사전 통보 없이 이용을 중지하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

The operator may suspend or terminate the account of users who violate these terms without prior notice.

제9조 면책 조항 / 9. Disclaimer

이용자의 게시물이나 활동으로 인해 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The company is not liable for any issues arising from user posts or activities.

제11조 약관 변경 / 11. Amendments

본 약관은 앱 내 공지 또는 푸시 알림을 통해 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 이후 앱을 계속 사용할 경우 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

These terms may be amended via app notifications or announcements. Continued use of the app after changes implies agreement.
